  • I do not see the "Real Mail" option on the Send Options page.

    The "Real Mail" sending option is available on iOS, and certain versions of Android. Additionally, this feature is also available on the justWink.com website.

  • What web browsers do you support?

    Most web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Chrome) that have Adobe Flash 11+ will be able to access, create, and order cards from justWink.com.

  • How much do cards cost?

    Card prices can be viewed on the "order summary" page. This price includes customization, personalization, full-color printing, stamp, and envelope.

  • How do I pay for my cards?

    We accept major credit cards including American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover. Debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logos are also accepted.

  • Do you keep my credit card information in your system?

    As a registered justWink user, you may store your credit card information to save time during the checkout process. It is our top priority to insure that your credit card information is entirely safe. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt your credit card number to prevent unauthorized access.

  • Do you charge sales tax?

    California and Ohio law requires us to charge sales tax on cards sent to California or Ohio. This tax will be automatically calculated and added to your order during the checkout process.

  • How do I send a "real" printed paper card?

    When asked to "send your card" there will be an option to send your card via "real mail." Select this option and follow the flow to check out.

  • Why am I seeing a warning about the photo that I've added?

    We only want to print the best for you! Therefore, through complex calculations we figure out if the photo that you have added is high enough in resolution for print. If not, please replace it with another photo. *Please note that due to resolution limitations with the iPad 2 and other cell phone cameras, images may appear pixilated if taken with these devices.

  • Why am I seeing a warning about the characters that I've entered?

    The justWink application only accepts US characters at this time. If you see this warning, please replace or run the risk of certain characters not being printed.

  • Do you allow for orders to be canceled?

    We thank you for your recent order, but unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order after you submit it. When you place your order, it goes straight to our printing press for production. This is what enables us to send your order the next business day.

  • How long will it take for me to receive my order?

    We ship our orders in approximately 1- 2 business days. Please be sure to take this and the shipping time (3-5 business days for standard, 7-15 business days for international) into account when placing an order that would need to be delivered by a specific date.

  • What is your refund policy?

    We take great care to provide you with the best product possible. If there is a problem with the craftsmanship of your custom printed cards, we will gladly provide you with a refund.

    We regret that we cannot offer refunds for cards that contain spelling, punctuation, or other text errors or for custom image cards that are poorly composed or that did not initially meet our pixel requirements for printing.
