  • What is justWink?

    justWink is a greeting card program with cards in stores, mobile apps, and a website. justWink is the first greeting card brand that lets you connect anywhere, anytime. Customize the digital cards with a personal message, a photo, and even a digital signature. Then choose how you want to send. Use the store locator to find the cards in stores.

  • Do I have to pay to send justWink greeting cards?

    Send justWink digital cards for free from the justWink app or website. You can send a physical card from the iPhone or Android mobile app anywhere in the world for just $3.49 including postage. Card in stores range from $2.95 - $4.95.

  • Why do I have to create an account?

    We ask you to create an account so that when you send a card, it will automatically be addressed from you.

  • Can I use my justWink app login on www.justwink.com?

    Yes, it is the same login for both www.justwink.com and the justWink apps

  • Can I use my AmericanGreetings.com account for www.justwink.com?

    No. Although justWink is a brand offered by American Greetings, it is not a part of americangreetings.com.

  • What types of cards are offered by justWink?

    justWink offers cards that shuffle between heartfelt, funny, bold, cute, trendy, sassy, sweet and beautiful. Occasions are birthday, funny birthday, life,etc., thanks, congrats, wedding, and baby. Seasonal holiday cards will also be available for many holidays. Check the app and website for frequent card additions!

  • How do I create and send a card?

    Select a category, then sub category (if applicable) and then the card you want to send. To personalize the card, click the "personalize and send" button at the bottom of the page. You will then be presented with an open view of the card where you can add a photo, a personal message and a signature.

  • To add a photo:
  • Select 'click to add photo'. You can choose to upload a photo from your computer or log into Facebook to select a photo from your Facebook albums. The photo will then be placed within the card. You can resize and rotate your photo to fit in the preselected frame. When you are happy with the photo, hit the done button to move on. If you would like to change the photo, click it for options to remove, edit or reset.

  • To add a personalized message:
  • Select 'Click to Add a Message'. As you type, the message will appear in the card in a font specially chosen for that card. You can change the font, font size, font color and alignment. When happy with your message, click the Done button to move on.

  • To add a signature:
  • Select 'Click to add your signature'. The signature box will enlarge for you to use your mouse to create a signature within the box. You can change the width of the signature lines with the line width slider. Click 'clear' to try again if you're not happy with your signature. You can also select 'type your signature' if you prefer to not use the mouse. When you are happy with the signature box, click "done" to see your signature in the card.

  • Do I have to add a picture, message and signature?

    No. All of these personalization fields are optional. The final greeting will only show items you have added or entered. Be sure to preview before you send so you will see what the recipient will see.

  • What will my recipient see when I send them a justWink card?

  • Card Sent via Email
  • When you send your card through email, your recipient will see an envelope that they will be instructed to click. Clicking on that envelope will open a browser window where they will see a small blue card opening while their personalized greeting is loading. They can use their cursor to click on the card (or finger on a touch screen) to view each page, or drag and open each page of the card.

  • Card Sent via Facebook Post
  • When you send your card via Facebook, your recipient will see a thumbnail of the card they received along with a link to click to view the card. Clicking on the link will open a browser window where they will see a small blue card opening while their personalized greeting is loading. They can use their cursor (or finger on a touch screen) to click on the card to view each page, or drag and open each page of the card.

  • Why don't I see my friends list on the page when sending an ecard to Facebook?
  • Facebook recently made changes to the friend information we are able to display when sending ecards. You can still send your Facebook friends ecards, but we can no longer display their profile pictures or other information. To select your Friend as a recipient, simply click on Send Private Message and type their name into the Facebook pop-up window that appears. Please note that Facebook only allows sending Private Messages from desktop computers and tablets.

  • What is a Private Message?
  • A Private Message is a message that will only be viewable by the selected recipient. For example, when you send an ecard via Facebook Private Message, your friend will be able to view it in either their Facebook inbox or within the Private Message window. It will not be posted publicly for others to see. Please note that Facebook only allows sending Private Messages from desktop computers and tablets.

  • Can I still send an ecard to my friend's timeline (wall)?
  • Unfortunately, posting an ecard to a friend's timeline (wall) this is no longer allowed by Facebook. You are able to send an ecard directly to your friend(s) as a Private Message. Sending a Private Message will only be viewed by the recipient(s).Please note that Facebook only allows sending Private Messages from desktop computers and tablets.

  • Can I share an ecard to more than one person on Facebook?
  • Yes, you are able to share ecards to more than one friend by selecting Private Message. Although the ecard will not be publicly posted, you are able to send it to multiple friends and groups. Add as many friends as you wish when entering names into the "To" field in the Facebook pop up. Please note that Facebook only allows sending Private Messages from desktop computers and tablets.

  • How can I log out of Facebook?
  • The recent Facebook changes no longer allow us to provide a logout link as we have. If you would like to log out of Facebook, please visit www.facebook.com to logout.

  • Card Sent via Text Msg.
  • Text message as a delivery method for your card is only available through the justWink app. When you send your card via Text Msg., your recipient will receive a text link to click to view the card. Clicking on the link will open a browser window where they will see a small blue card opening while their personalized greeting is loading. They can use their finger or cursor to click on the card to view each page, or drag and open each page of the card. **Standard text message and data rates may apply.

  • Card Sent via Real Mail.
  • When you send your card via Real Mail, we will print and mail a physical version of the card you created through the United States Postal Service to your recipient. View special Real Mail FAQs here.

  • Winks and Cards Sent via Apple Watch
  • Do I have to have an Apple Watch to send?

    Yes, certain content has been specifically designed to be sent from the Apple Watch. However, all other content that is in the app can be sent from your smartphone.

  • To whom can I send to from the Apple Watch?

    Winks and Cards can be sent to another Apple Watch or email. To send, you must add the email address of the recipient to the "watch contacts" section of the justWink app. To add tap: more > watch contacts and then the + button.

  • How does the recipient view the content that I sent from my Apple Watch?

    For the best viewing experience Winks should be viewed on a watch. However, Winks can also be viewed by email or in-app via the justWink iOS Application. *Please note that certain email clients may not support the animations that can be viewed via the other pickup methods.

  • Where can I find the paper card versions of these cards?

    Enter your zip code in the store locator to see a list of retailers that sell the justWink line of cards. We will be adding many more locations to the current store list, so check back frequently to find a store near you. NOTE: Not all of the cards on justwink.com or in the app are available in stores, and you may find cards in retail stores not available in the app.

  • Why are Facebook birthday reminders no longer available?

    Facebook recently made changes to the friend information we are able to display. As a result of these changes, we are no longer able to access your friend's information or profile pictures to display reminders.

  • Why can't I register on the website or app?

    justWink has mature content and users need to meet certain criteria to register. If you are having issues, please contact our customer service at the email below.

  • What are Primo Card Packs?

    Primo Card Packs are packs of 12 exclusive cards that are available for purchase through the justWink mobile apps. These are available for both iOS and Android devices. Once purchased, the cards within the pack are yours to enjoy for the life of the card.

  • How can I purchase a Primo Card Pack?

    Primo Card Packs are currently available for in-app purchase thru Apple iTunes and Google Play. If you do not have the justWink app already, you will need to download it in order to purchase the card packs. Primo Card Packs are not currently available for purchase through the justWink website.

  • What is a Super-Primo Card Pack?

    Super-Primo Card Packs are the easiest way to buy multiple Primo Card Packs at a discounted price. A Super-Primo Card Pack contains 5 Primo Card Packs (with 12 cards in each) for a total of 60 cards.

  • What cards are available in Primo Card Packs?

    Primo Card Packs offer a wide variety of themes ranging from cards so crude and ridiculous we can't sell them in stores to inspirational messages for any random day.

  • Can I use Primo Card Pack cards on the justWink website in addition to the app?

    After you buy a Primo or Super-Primo Card Pack, the cards will also available to send through the justWink website.
